<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a circuit configuration relatively small. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sound reproduction system amplifies both digital and analog audio signals for reproduction. The digital audio signal is delta-sigma modulated by a ΔΣ modulator 10, and then, pulse-width modulated by a first PWM transducer 12 to be supplied to a selector 14. A second PWM modulator 16 compares the analog audio signal with a PWM carrier signal, and performs conversion to a PWM signal to be supplied to a selector 14.
