<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure of a motorcycle in which an exhaust pipe is efficiently arranged from an exhaust port of an engine of the motorcycle, and an expansion chamber is arranged in a vicinity of the engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the motorcycle, a main tube 3 extending backwardly from a head pipe 2 provided on a front part of a vehicle body is provided, an engine 7 having a cylinder 8 extending upwardly from a crank case 9 is arranged below the main tube 3, an exhaust port 20 is opened in front of the cylinder 8, and a first exhaust pipe 131 is connected to the exhaust port 20. A down tube 5 is arranged on the center line in the right-to-left direction of a motorcycle body. The exhaust port 20 arranged behind the down tube is offset to one side from the center line and opened there. The first exhaust pipe 131 extends forwardly from one side of the down tube 5, and a front portion of the down tube 5 extends to the other side, and then, extends again to one side after the inversion, and is connected to a first expansion chamber A provided on the side of the cylinder 8 on one side.
