<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display arrangement capable of providing a state practically disabling confirmation of patterns or their background on a display panel during lights out, while clearly displaying the patterns or their background being display objects during lights on. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of display panels 21, 25 comprising a transparent plate shape, and comprised by respectively printing the patterns to be display objects and their backgrounds on a rear face in an opposite side of a display face by translucent ink comprised by including pigment based on white, is comprised of a display panel pair comprised by arranging the rear faces so as to face each other, a light diffusion sheet 30 formed of a size covering an area applied with the printing, and arranged at a certain distance from the rear faces of the display panels 21, 25 to respectively have air layers between the rear faces of the display panels 21, 25 in between the pair of display panels 21, 25, and a light source 51 with a luminescent surface facing panel end faces of the display panels 21, 25, and illuminating the display panels 21, 25 from panel end face sides.
