This invention is to enable a viewing angle of 110° or more with low chromatic aberration of magnification and distortion, while using a low number of lenses, such as 5 lenses. There is provided a first lens group and a second lens group arranged in order from a light incident side. The first lens group comprises a single negative lens, and a cemented lens that is a single positive lens and a single negative lens cemented together, and has negative power. The second lens group comprises two positive lenses and has positive power. The first lens group and the second lens group respectively include a single aspheric lens.
