This object aims to provide a visitor reception device, its program and a visitor reception system that can inform a visited person without troubling the person that a visitor has come when the visitor came to visit the person earlier than a visiting schedule. A visitor reception device (1) is characterized in acquiring a schedule of a visited person whom a visitor wishes to visit from a schedule database of the visited person and permitting to inform the visited person of visitor's visiting information unless other schedules are set up during a period of time up to the visitor's scheduled visiting time when the visitor came to visit the visited person earlier than the scheduled visiting time but not permitting to inform the visited person of visitor's visiting information if other schedules are set up during the period of time up to the visitor's scheduled visiting time.
