<p>The holder has a radio fastened at top or front plate of a paper rolling case and under rolling arms. Toilet paper rolls are stacked upwards in the paper rolling case on top of each other and fall in the direction of a floor up to a regulation bar using gravitation force. The regulation bar for small and large toilet paper rolls is formed at an end of the paper rolling case, and the rolling arms with the toilet paper rolls are attached at three springs, where the paper holder is made of stainless steel or plastic.</p>
