A device for sticking a functional film comprising a moving stand (21) arranged to position a tray component (1) with a transparent part and to move substantially in the horizontal direction, a transparent functional film positioning mechanism which positions a transparent functional film with a transparent adhesive sheet with respect to the tray component (1) positioned on the moving stand such that the transparent adhesive sheet faces the transparent part, and a stick mechanism for sticking the transparent functional film to the transparent part of the tray component (1), wherein the sticking mechanism comprises a guide standing substantially in the vertical direction, a movable frame (13) elevating/lowering along the guide, an idle shaft (20b) provided below the movable frame and idling about a horizontal axis in the direction intersecting the moving direction of the moving stand perpendicularly, and a resilient press portion (20c) formed to protrude in the circumferential direction along the outer circumferential surface of the idle shaft, and the resilient press portion is configured to have a developed shape matching the planar shape of the sticking range of the transparent functional film.
