<p>PURPOSE: A plug gauge with a sintered diamond probe is provided to maintain the precision of measurement for long time by suppressing abrasion. CONSTITUTION: A plug gauge with a sintered diamond probe comprises followings. A fixed part integrated with a support part(G) is made of a flange type fixed part(K) or a screw-type fixed part. 4~10 sintered diamond probes(D) are silver-soldered at one end of the support part. The horizontal length(S) of each sintered diamond probe is 3~6mm. The vertical length(I) of each sintered diamond probe is 4~8mm. The thickness of the radial direction from a main measured surface(M) of the sintered diamond probe is 0.3~0.5mm.</p> |
