PURPOSE: A light guiding film having light extraction structure is provided to improving the intensity of light by forming a plurality of structures on the surface of it. CONSTITUTION: A light guiding film having light extraction structure includes a structure, and a film substrate. At least one patterned surface of includes a plurality of surface structures, and at least one pattering surface includes an incident edge vertical to the pattern surface. Each surface structure is extended to be parallel to the incident edge(22) at the plurality of surface structure. The structure has a positively sloped portion, a negatively sloped portion, and a substantially flat portion.
