PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic apparatus capable of imparting a proper reflected reverberation effect.

SOLUTION: In an individual reflected reverberation sound imparting section 210A1, a non-correlation section 215 which has received signals SCDLand SCDSRapplies non-correlation processing for removing correlation between the signal SCDLand the signal SCDSRto the signal SCDL, and generates a signal NCDL. Subsequently, a reflected sound signal generating section 216 generates a reflected reverberation sound signal RDALbased on the signal NCDL. Then, an adding section 212 adds the signal SCDSRto the reflected reverberation sound signal RDAL, superimposes the reflected reverberation sound signal RDALhaving no correlation with the signal SCDSRto the signal SCDSR, and generates a signal PCDSRtransmitted to a speaker unit corresponding to the signal SCDSR. In an individual reflected reverberation sound imparting section 210A2, similarly to the case of the individual reflection reverberation sound imparting section 210A1, the adding section 212 superimposes a reflected reverberation sound signal RDARhaving no correlation with a signal SCDSLto the signal SCDSL, and generates a signal PCDSLtransmitted to a speaker unit corresponding to the signal SCDSL.
