<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchanger in which the temperature of a cooling medium can easily be controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The ion exchanger 1 has an exchanger body 10, which is arranged in a cooling medium circulation system and through which the cooling medium is circulated, and an ion exchange resin 15 through whose layer the cooling medium is made to pass to remove an ion in the cooling medium. The exchanger body 10 includes an outer tube 11 and an inner tube 12 involved in the outer tube 11 so that an outside flow passage 13, which is formed between the inside of the outer tube 11 and the outside of the inner tube 12, is used as an ion exchange flow passage in which the ion exchange resin 15 is packed and an inside flow passage 14 to be formed inside the inner tube 12 is used as a bypass flow passage in which a pressure drop part 18 for producing a pressure drop is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
