PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrot extract-containing beverage excellent in intake feeling, improved in bitter taste when the carrot extract is dissolved in water solution so as to enable a large amount of comfortable intake on a daily basis, and also prevented from causing precipitation during storage, observed in carrot extract-containing beverages.

SOLUTION: The carrot extract-containing beverage is such as to contain carrot extract and a cyclodextrin derivative: wherein the cyclodextrin derivative comprises hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.
