<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming dividing lines formed in a function layer formed on a substrate by ensuring overlap of dividing line sections of adjacent fields in manufacturing a photovoltaic module having series-connected cells. <P>SOLUTION: A laser beam of a laser scanner forms a plurality of dividing line sections 18 and 18' arranged side by side in the function layer in a field 17 scanned by the laser beam. The laser scanner is moved in the direction of the dividing lines with respect to a substrate with a coating, and causes overlap of the field 17 and 17' adjacent to each other. At the same time, the laser scanner forms a dividing line section where at least one end 32 is a hook-like structure in order to form a catching region where ends 31 and 32 of dividing line sections of adjacent fields overlap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
