Ž<P>SOLUTION: The technology for recording information in a recording medium 601 inputs information, manages information from the start to the end of one recording operation by one chapter (e.g., from 610 to 613), manages the chapter by a title, manages the title by a video pair and a slave set, generates management information for managing the information of a different recording attribute by a different video title set (e.g., 602 and 603), and records the information and the management information in the recording medium.
