<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily, and semipermanently firmly and neatly sticking a label to a tire, and to provide a label sticking support used therefor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the method for sticking a label to a tire, wherein release paper 5 having an internal opening 9 whose shape is substantially same as the outline of the label to be stuck on a tire is temporarily fixed on the adhesive face of an adhesive sheet 4, and a label sticking support 8 is constituted by temporarily fixing, by adhesion, a label thinner than the release paper on the adhesive face of the adhesive sheet in the internal opening of the release paper, and further, an adhesive layer 7 is formed in the recessed part formed on the basis of the difference in thickness between the release paper and the label, then, the release paper is removed and, further, the label is stuck by allowing the adhesive layer of the whole of the label sticking support whose release paper has been removed to be in contact with the adherend face of the tire, and the adhesive sheet is removed after curing the adhesive.
