PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake sound generating device, capable of improving durability of a vibrator, and increasing the sound pressure of intake sound. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an introducing tube 41 connected to an intake passage 30 of an engine 2 to introduce intake pulsation in an intake system, a vibrator 50 comprising a vibration surface 52 to vibrate with the intake pulsation, and a bellows part 53 to promote vibration of the vibration surface 52, and provided to cover one end of the introducing tube 41, and a resonance tube 42 set to be continuous with the introducing tube 41 through the vibrator 50 to increase sound pressure of intake sound in a specific frequency zone out of intake sound generated by vibration of the vibrator 50. Even when the vibrator 50 is formed of resin that provides members with high strength, vibration of the vibration surface 52 is not prohibited, but sound pressure of intake sound of the specific frequency can be increased by means of the resonance tube 42, while durability of the vibrator 50 is improved.
