<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive composition for colored layer formation giving high contrast and excellent in developability. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation-sensitive resin composition for colored layer formation comprises (A) a pigment, (B) a dispersant, (C) an alkali-soluble resin containing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a carboxyl group as a copolymerized component, (D) a polyfunctional monomer, and (E) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the dispersant (B) has an amine value of 70-400 (unit: mgKOH/g), and a content of the ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a carboxyl group in the alkali-soluble resin (C) is 35-65 mol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
