A basic station device multiplexes a downstream control signal of each user depending on a blind detection position of the user and prepares a downstream signal. A plurality of choices are available for a wireless resource amount per unit transmission period. When y = (number specific to the user)mod(floor (MB×C2/agg)), the blind detection position of each user in a reference choice is derived from (y)mod(floor(C2/agg)). For the case of an upper choice for which more wireless resources are prepared, the blind detection position of each user is derived from (y)mod(floor(C3/agg)). C2 or C3 refers to the number of channel elements in each choice, agg refers to the number of aggregations and floor() refers to a floor function.
