<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently adapt a driver IC to a plurality of applications. <P>SOLUTION: A correction-computing part 29 uses input image data and correction data from a memory 40 for computation to correct unevenness in luminance. An image input signal interface 32 stores the image data in the memory 40 and outputs the stored image data. Thus, the memory 40 selectively stores the correction data or the image data.
