<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate capable of surely applying grease of a quantity capable of being filled between a case for attaching a power module thereto and a cooler of the power module without space; and an attachment method of a power module using it. <P>SOLUTION: In this printing plate 50 for applying heat radiation grease 29 to the cooler 2 provided for the power module 21, the plate thickness of the printing plate 50 is set largest at the center part 50c and reduced toward both its ends 50e, 50e to follow warpage of the cooler 2 when the printing plate 50 is arranged on the cooler 2. After the heat radiation grease 29 is applied to the cooler 2 by using the printing plate 50, the power module 21 with the heat radiation grease 29 applied thereto is attached to the case 22 to face the cooler 2 to the case 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
