<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent image quality and stabilize the image quality over a long period of time, in an image forming system which multiplexes multi-color toner images on an image carrier having pixel electrodes arranged in a matrix, compared with a system using no pixel electrode. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device includes: an image carrier 1 which has pixel electrodes 1b arranged in a matrix; an image write means 2 to write each color latent image pattern expressed by the latent image potential of each pixel electrode 1b on the image carrier 1 by applying each color latent image voltage based on each color image signal to each pixel electrode 1b; a plurality of developing means 3 (3a-3d) to visualize each color latent image pattern by using the corresponding color toner at the developing position facing the image carrier 1; and a latent image write controller 4 to decide each color latent image voltage based on the image signal in consideration of the voltage compensation based on the existing color toner image already formed on each pixel electrode 1b, when writing each color latent image pattern by using the image write means 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
