PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-liquid transfer device capable of washing a pin, without bringing about the lowering of productivity, and to provide a micro-liquid transfer method. SOLUTION: Sample supply work is performed alternately using two pin tools (a pin tool A and a pin tool B) in the supply device of a very small amount of the liquid equipped with two washing tanks (a first washing tank A and a first washing tank B); and during a period performing the sample supply work, by mounting one pin tool A on a pin tool holder, the other pin tool B stands by, in a state where the lower end part of the pin is immersed in the first washing tank B. During a period when one pin tool is mounted on the pin tool holder to be used in the supply work of a very small amount of the liquid, the washing of the lower end part of the pin is performed, with respect to the other pin tool to smoothly advance the supply work, without interrupting the supply work and the occurrence of a work standby time will not occur.
