PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connecting structure of an electronic component, a control unit structure of an electric power steering device and a terminal connecting method of the electronic component, in which connection work can be done with precision by inexpensive arc welding even if there is a terminal connected to a bus bar by welding among plural terminals of the electronic component. SOLUTION: A device case 11 contains a print circuit board 17, and bus bars 19, 21 and 22 molded integrally with a resin mold portion 23. A gate terminal and a source terminal 7 of a MOSFET 1 are bent on one side by 90°so as to be connected to the bus bar 21 by TIG welding, while a drain terminal 3 of the MOSFET 1 is bent on the other side by 90°so as to be connected to a bus bar terminal 19a bent by 90°from the bus bar 19 to extend outside.
