<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition giving a cured material having superior adhesiveness to a glass substrate, a triacetyl cellulose-based protective film and the like, and having superior transparency and impact resistance (shock absorbing properties). <P>SOLUTION: When the total amount of the composition is 100 mass%, the curable resin composition comprises 30-70 mass% of a component A, 5-45 mass% of a component B, 10-35 mass% of a component C, and 0.01-10 mass% of a component D. The component A is urethane (meth)acrylate which is a reaction product of an aliphatic polyether polyol (a1) having three or more hydroxy groups, a polyether diol (a2) having two hydroxy groups, a polyisocyanate (b), and a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate (c) and has at least one hydroxy group derived from the constituent (a1). The component B is an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound which has a hydroxy or carboxy group and is other than the component A.
