<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications system preferable to minimize BER. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving system includes a phase locked loop 100 having a voltage controlled oscillator 106 containing a first varactor and an amplifier 101 containing a second varactor, wherein: a receiving frequency is synchronized using a frequency control signal c1 that controls a transmitting frequency of the voltage controlled oscillator 106 contained in the phase locked loop 100; and a receiving band is optimized using a Q value control signal b1 from a bit error rate measuring device 105 so as to control both the Q values of each varactor in the circuit where the bit error rate measuring circuit 105 that measures bit error rate is provided, and the Q value control signal b1 from the bit error rate measuring circuit 105 is the same frequency control signal common to the amplifier 101 and voltage controlled oscillator 106. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
