<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool storage structure that reduces the number of parts and can hardly generate noises in a saddle riding type small boat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a saddle riding type small boat driven by an occupant who straddles a seat provided on the boat body, the seat is structured with a font seat 40 and a rear seat 50. A frame 51 of the rear seat 50 is provided with an insertion portion 52, which is inserted into the rear lower portion of the front seat 40. The insertion portion 52 is integrally provided with the tool storage portion 53 for storing tools 60. Therefore, the number of part items can be reduced and noise can hardly be generated.
