A gap (5a) is formed between the container part and the base part, and is loaded externally with a fluidic operating-, cooling- and/or lubricating medium. An outlet (30) is provided for discharging the medium. The outlet is arranged at a region of the container part, where the region is arranged above the base part. The outlet has a porous element arranged at an inner lateral surface of the base part.
