<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves generating an image and/or video of goods by a camera. The image and/or video of the goods are stored in a database and transmitted to a data processing system via radio, infrared or Bluetooth. The goods are recognized by the processing system by comparing the transmitted video and/or image with the stored video and/or image. Information about the recognized goods is provided over interfaces. A cash system is separately arranged on a point-of-sale to detect the image using the camera and to analyze the image using an image analysis system. #CMT# : #/CMT# The goods are recognized by the camera and/or a radio frequency identification (RFID)-reader.
