The present invention refers to a hermetic closure lid with tamperproof security elements, which comprises a ring including a mounting portion for locating and fixing a cap to the container, and a sealing portion forming a hermetic closure for avoiding the spillage, pollution or volatilization of the material contained in the container; and a hermetic closure lid with tamperproof security elements that includes a circular wall and a skirt that extend downwardly in a circumference and perpendicular manner from the circular flat wall of said lid. The closure section of the ring is adjacent to the stop wall of the mounting portion, wherein the closure portion is integrally formed with the stop wall, the same being an arched wall extending downwardly from the stop wall. The skirt of the lid has an inner diameter, an outer diameter, and includes a flange portion at the lower section thereof, which forms a hermetic closure by means of the closure portion of the ring.
