PURPOSE: A terminal management system and a method thereof, a terminal and a recoding medium thereof are provided to manage a terminal in a sharing router by using an SNMP message through a UDP hole of the sharing router which is set up by an SNMP ping message of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal management system manages a terminal(100) of a sharing router(200) through a network, and the terminal management system includes a message processor and a control message generator. The message processor receives a ping message periodically the ping message. The message processor stores a first port address and an IP(Internet Protocol) address included in the received ping message. The control message generator receives a control command for controlling the terminal of the manager.
