PURPOSE: A power generating apparatus is provided to convert power generated by a mechanical apparatus into electrical energy. CONSTITUTION: A power generating apparatus comprises first and second cylindrical gravity materials(20), a plurality of rotating transferring member(30), first and second rotating members(60), a guide member(80), a first support(90), and a second support(92). The first and second cylindrical gravity material is connected to the central axis. A plurality of projections(21) are formed at the both sides of the first and second cylindrical gravity materials. A joint hole is formed on a plurality of rotating transferring members. The joint hole is connected to the joint projection. A roller is installed at the other end of the rotating transferring members. A rotary shaft for power transmission(50) is connected to the central part of the first and second rotating members. The guide member guides the roller to rotate along the circular inner circumference. The first support is contacted with the front and back surface of the bearing installed at the central axis. The first support supports the first and second cylindrical gravity materials to be located in the air. The second support is fixed on a supporting board(100).
