PURPOSE: An optical fiber composite power cable joint box is provided to reduce a cost and a space by omitting a separate optical cable. CONSTITUTION: In an optical fiber composite power cable joint box, an optical joint box in which an optical cable is connected is included in a protecting copper tube(25). A connector(40) facilitates connection of a separate external device and the optical cable. The connector is included in a cover body(41) and an inner part of the cover body. The optical cable(44) is exposed to outside. A plug is connected to the external device. The joint box is connected to the plug and a bottom part of the plug. A socket(43) is connected to the optical cable of the optical joint box.
