<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a menu screen wherein display order is considered on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: A computer 1 is made to function as a reception means 2, a disease name acquisition means 3, a display order acquisition means 4, a screen creation means 5, and a display means 6. The reception means 2 receives identification information for identifying a plurality of patients. The disease name acquisition means 3 refers to a first table 7 recording a disease name of each patient, and acquires the disease name corresponding to the identification information. The display order acquisition means 4 refers to a second table 8 recording information related to the display order of a menu item corresponding to the disease name and a third table 9 recording information related to the display order of the menu item opened in time of a medical examination by a doctor, and acquires the display order corresponding to the disease name acquired in the disease name acquisition means 3. The screen creation means 5 creates the menu screen set with the menu item based on the display order acquired in the display order acquisition means 4.
