PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load in extraction work of a thickness reduction ratio measuring place, by wholly extracting the thickness reduction ratio measuring place.

SOLUTION: A measuring place extraction processing part 101c extracts a measuring place of requiring measurement of the thickness of a pipe for a maintenance-inspection, in response to a measuring place extraction condition stored in a measuring place extraction condition storage part 102c, based on a tree structure graph made on the basis of CAD data being design information on a pipe plant of a maintenance-inspection support object by a graph making processing part 101b. The measuring place extraction processing part 101c generates and imparts a measuring number capable of uniquely measuring the measuring place to the respective measuring places when extracting the measuring place of requiring the measurement of the thickness of the pipe.
