SYSTEM, DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to collectively refer to purchase history, even if the purchase history on one user is scattered in a plurality of shopping sites; and also to show the user of inconvenience due to combination of commodities.

SOLUTION: An information providing system is configured in the following manner. A warning information retrieval device stores warning information on the combination of the commodities. An information collection device collects purchase history information from a plurality of shopping sites, and stores the collected purchase history information as collection information indicating the collected information for every user identifier. When the new collection information is stored, the warning information retrieval device acquires the warning information by retrieving the warning information using commodity identifiers included in the new collection information.
