<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a pixel circuit which corrects variance of a threshold of a transistor for driving while inputting a gradation signal in the source electrode of the transistor for driving, voltage of the source electrode changes in accordance with gradation, consequently, gate-to-source voltage before starting correction is small depending on display gradation, and a drain current for correcting gate voltage does not sufficiently flow, whereby cancellation of the threshold is not performed. <P>SOLUTION: By changing reset voltage in a reset period 361 in accordance with voltage applied to the source electrode of the transistor for driving, the gate-to-source voltage of the transistor for driving before starting characteristic correction is ensured to be high without depending on the gradation, and then the drain current is secured, thereby performing the cancellation of the threshold all over the gradation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
