<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture evaluation apparatus evaluating the posture of a user in details by a simple method and effectively supporting the improvement of the posture of the user. <P>SOLUTION: The posture evaluation apparatus includes: a holding part held with both hands by the user; a platform part where the two feet of the user are placed; a slope detection part that detects the slope of the holding part; a center-of-gravity position detection means that detects the position of the center of gravity of the load acting on the platform part; a posture evaluation means that evaluates the posture of the user based on the slope of the holding part and the position of the center of gravity of the load acting on the platform part; and an output means that outputs the evaluation result of the posture evaluation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
