PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed vibration control device capable of restraining the formation of cavitation, while preventing abrasion damage to a body rubber elastic body and also surely exhibiting vibration control performance. SOLUTION: This fluid-sealed vibration control device has an elastic film 102 composed of the rubber elastic body and thicker than a diaphragm 60, in a partition member 90 formed of a member of higher rigidity than the rubber elastic body, partitioning a pressure receiving chamber 201 and a balancing chamber 202 and forming an orifice passage 203 for making the pressure receiving chamber 201 mutually communicate with the balancing chamber 202, and has an air chamber forming member 100 having the outer peripheral edge installed on the pressure receiving chamber 201 side among the partition member 90 and forming an air chamber 205 between the elastic film 102 and the partition member 90, and a first displacement regulating part for regulating the displacement of the elastic film 102 in the direction for reducing the volume of the air chamber 205 by allowing a part except for the outer peripheral edge among the elastic film 102 to abut on the partition member 90.
