PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an vending machine for associating selection keys and merchandise columns while specifying merchandise types, and for easily performing the adjustment of the merchandise columns based on the merchandise models or the adjustment of display prices accessory to the selection keys. SOLUTION: A merchandise database in which selling prices related with a plurality of types of merchandise and dimension information are registered by using merchandise codes as labels is used, and the column numbers and key numbers are registered in the merchandise database so as to be made accessory to the merchandise codes, and the selection keys and the merchandise columns are managed so as to be associated with each other. Then, the dimension information of the merchandise is acquired from the merchandise database for every merchandise column, and the merchandise storage dimension of each merchandise column is automatically adjusted, or the adjustment is instructed, and the selling price of the merchandise is acquired from the merchandise database for every selection key, and a display price to be set to the selection key is automatically set, or the setting is instructed.
