PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler injection method for building hollow member and a filler injection device for building hollow member, smoothly injecting a filler to the building hollow member without opening the end of the building hollow member. SOLUTION: According to this filler injection method for a building hollow member, a filler introducing member 5 is connected to a filler filling opening 2a of a longitudinal building hollow member 2 having a filler filling opening 2a and an air discharge opening 2b and an air discharge member 6 is connected to the air discharge opening 2b to put the interior of the building hollow member 2 in the sealing state, the filler filling opening 2a is located closer to the side of one end 2A of the longitudinal building hollow member 2 than the air discharge opening 2b, the air discharge opening 2b is located closer to the side of the other end 2B of the longitudinal building hollow member 2 than the filler filling opening 2a, and while the air in the longitudinal building hollow member 2 is discharged through the air discharge opening 2b, the filler is injected into the longitudinal building hollow member 2 through the filler filling opening 2a by filling.
