PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system which reduces a labor of a user for storing a voice command, and supplies various services. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with: a terminal device 200 having a navigation function for receiving a voice command as an operation command; and a receiver 270 for receiving a program wherein data used for recognizing a specific voice command and a processing to be executed corresponding to the specific voice command are described. The terminal device 200 is equipped with: a grammar DB 260 for storing data received by the receiver 270; a voice recognition part 250 for performing voice recognition processing by using data stored in the grammar DB 260; and a service program execution part 230 for controlling operation of a navigation function by executing a program received by the receiver 270 when receiving the specific voice command.
