PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup data processing device and the like, or a new service method, for providing a new method of use in an information processor provided with a self position acquisition means, such as a GPS, and for photographing a still picture or a moving picture. SOLUTION: An image pickup data processing device performs acquisition processing of a parameter including position information (809) in response to a frame photography request (801) in a cellular phone, transmits an acquisition condition parameter to a server (810), determines whether to transmit a frame image to a cellular phone on the basis of the acquisition condition parameter on the server side, and when the frame image is obtained from the server (811), performs processing for compositing the frame image with a photograph obtained by camera photography (813 to 814).
