PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration and cold storage warehouse for picking can recover leaked air and improve work environment. SOLUTION: This refrigeration and cold storage warehouse for picking discharges the cold air cooled by a cooling coil 63 installed in the warehouse downward from an inner side upper fringe of an opening on a front face and recovers the discharged cold air from an inner side lower fringe of the opening on the front face. The warehouse is provided with a cold air recovery duct 81 provided along the opening on the front face on an outer side of the opening on the front face and having an opened upper face for recovering the cold air leaked through the opening on the front face and a floor heating apparatus 83 arranged along the cold air recovery duct 81 to heat a floor in a work space.
