<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the circuit scale of a liquid crystal driving device including a scan line driving circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The scan line driving circuit includes: a first serial circuit in which both ends of serially connected PMOSFET (P1) and NMOSFET(N1) are respectively connected to potentials VH1 and VL2, and a binary signal having two levels lower than VH1 and higher than VL2 at a gate of the P1 is input; a second serial circuit in which both ends of serially connected PMOSFET (P2) and NMOSFET(N2) are respectively connected to potentials VH3 (>VH1) and VL2, and a gate of N2 is connected to a node of the P1 and N1; and an output buffer circuit for buffering the voltage at the node of the P2 and N2 and outputting it. The above circuits are provided on every scan line, and a first bias voltage for turning on or off the N2 according to the level of the binary signal is applied to the gate of the N1, and a second bias voltage for attaining the on resistance of the N2 higher than the on resistance of the N2 is applied to the gate of the P2.
