<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, a communication control method and a communication control program, capable of making encryption single for a communication encrypted multiplexingly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a multiplexing encryption determining means for determining whether a communication encrypted by IPSec and SSL is received from an external device or not; and a transfer control means in which, when it is determined by the multiplexing encryption determining means that the communication encrypted by IPSec and SSL is received, an access destination of the external device is transferred to an access destination for a communication that is not accompanied with the encryption using IPSec or SSL.
