<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which improves the convenience in data synchronization between mobile information devices. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A data synchronizing system includes: a first mobile information device which outputs first setting information showing software setting of the device itself per item; and a second mobile information device which stores second setting information showing software setting of the device itself per item and acquires the first setting information outputted from the first mobile information device and updates the second setting information on the basis of the acquired first setting information and stores update information showing whether update is completed per item and displays the second setting information on the basis of the stored update information so that items for which update is not completed can be discriminated.
