<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store transparent ice made at an ice making section in an ice storage chamber without melting the ice at a refrigerating chamber temperature, in a refrigerator with an ice maker. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this refrigerator, the ice making section 21 having an ice-making cooler 18 is disposed inside of the refrigerating chamber 2, the water is circulated to the ice-making cooler 18 to produce transparent ice, and an ice storage container 30 is disposed in the ice storage chamber 3 to store the ice produced at the ice making section 21. In this refrigerator, an access pathway 12a through which ice cubes produced at the ice making section 21 pass, is formed on a partitioning heat insulating wall 12 vertically dividing the refrigerating chamber 2 and the ice storage chamber 3, and a damper 51 having a blade 51a for opening and closing an outlet of the access pathway 12a is disposed. The damper 51 comprises an ice lump catch prevention means for preventing the ice cubes falling into the ice storage container 30 from lifted up by the blade 51a and caught between the blade 51a and the outlet of the access pathway 12a.
