<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture can copy even with a hallow hole of a boss in a molding member designed in a light and thin shape; and the molding member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fixture 1 is provided by arranging a first large diameter part 3 on the base end side of a short columnar body 2 and a second large diameter part 4 having an outer diameter smaller than the first large diameter part 3 on the chip side of the body 2. The first large diameter part 3 and the second large diameter part 4 have respectively a knurling (a rugged strip). The first large diameter part 3 and the second large diameter part 4 are formed at a predetermined interval in a central part of the body 2, and are arranged so that the flowing direction (such as a shape) of the knurling becomes different. The mold member is also provided with a hole preformed in the formed boss. This hole is formed so that a bottom part has a hole diameter smaller by a predetermined value than an outer diameter of the second large diameter part 4 of the fixture 1, and an upper part is formed in two stages of a hole diameter larger than the outer diameter of the second large diameter part 4 of the fixture 1, and smaller by the predetermined value than the first large diameter part 3.
