<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and program for modifying a layout constitution among a plurality of pages. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In accordance with an analysis result of: a layered structure of image constituent blocks defining an image constitution of image information of a revised document 500 having revision information 501 including an area designation for an area instruction to a predetermined document and an arrangement number; and a position of the revision information 501 on the revised document 500, the image processor selects an image constituent block to be processed, assigns arrangement numbers to the image constituent blocks, recognizes an arrangement number 601 and a position thereof from image information of a rearrangement instruction sheet 600, and rearranges the image constituent blocks which the arrangement numbers corresponding to the position of the arrangement number 601 on the rearrangement instruction sheet 600, are assigned to.
