An air-conditioning management apparatus capable of remote monitor and control of an air conditioner with convenience similar to viewing a home page while assuring security. The apparatus includes a facility interface (230) connecting with the air conditioner, a remote interface (240) connecting with a network, a facility communication management unit (251) for communicating with the air conditioner via the interface (230) to acquire operating condition data indicating operating conditions of the air conditioner, and a remote communication management unit (253) for generating an operating condition file based on the operating condition data to transmit the operating condition file via the interface (240) to a destination on the network. |
